# Billing Portal

You can open the Billing Portal from your Project Dashboard by clicking on **Billing and Payments** menu item on the left side menu. This will allow you to check all your billing preferences, manage and pay unpaid invoices, check unused credits and more.

## Logging In

The person who **created** the Organisation can login in the Billing Portal with their emails, and no one else. The person who creates the organisation would receive an invite to Cosmocloud's Billing Portal

{% hint style="warning" %}
If the person who created the organisation missed the invite email, the same person can reset their email by clicking on **Forgot password**, to generate another invite email. Please remember, only the person who created the Organisation would be able to Login.
{% endhint %}

If you are having any issues, please reach out to [**Cosmocloud Support**](mailto:support@cosmocloud.io).

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.cosmocloud.io/billing-and-payments/billing-portal.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
